Aquafitness offers all the fitness facilities for health concious members. But the most important part of the center is the in-door swimming pool where aquatic exercise talkes place. The aquababy course is designed to strengthen babies health and development, as well as parental-baby bonding.
Babies attending the course range from 4-12 months. By age 2. the toddlers will have already become able swimmers. The exercise will benefit babies with mental retardation. Babies are accepted on condition that parents participate in the programme to ensure better understanding of their off spring's emotional development and therefore stengthen parental and child bonding.

The programme under the title "Aqua Maternity Programme" is meant for expectant mothers. The programme, which consist of both landbase and Gynaecologist Guidelines will ensure proper fitness maintenance through pregnancy and fast postpartum recovery. Before being admitted to the programme, the expectant mothers will have to receive approval from their obstetritians; their medical records will be evaluated; they must also follow regular exercise regimes and follow-up assesments are made to locate possible complications and solutions.

Aqua Therapeutics offers exercises for cases with therapeutic needs either as a result of diseases, injuries or normal aging. In this course, programs are custom designed based on individual needs and a personal trainer will be provided. Other exercises incorporating equipment with hydrolic resistance also features in this programme.
